Overview of the Role

The Senior .NET Developer will lead the creation of robust solutions using .NET Core, C#, and related technologies. This role demands advanced expertise in developing scalable applications, mentoring junior developers, and driving technological innovation within our software ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading the design and development of complex, high-performance .NET applications, meeting business requirements.
- Mentoring junior and semi-senior developers, fostering technical excellence.
- Making key architectural decisions, contributing to long-term strategic planning of software projects.
- Overseeing code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices.
- Evaluating and advocating for the adoption of new .NET technologies and practices.
- Providing technical insights and recommendations to project managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years with .NET
- Best Practices: Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean code
- Code Quality: Extensive experience with code reviews and automated testing
- Testing Expertise: Strong skills in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage
- Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to make informed technical decisions
- Infrastructure: IT infrastructure knowledge
- Language: Advanced level of English
