Estamos em busca de um(a) Content Strategist / Estrategista de Conteúdo para liderar a criação, gestão e evolução de conteúdos estratégicos. Este é um projeto 100% autoral, competitivo e com proposta única, que combina storytelling envolvente, narrativas consistentes e uma experiência coesa entre plataformas física e digital.
Sobre o projeto
O papel envolve pensar e executar conteúdos que conectem a marca ao público certo, gerando engajamento, autoridade e impacto real. Você será responsável por transformar a visão da empresa em narrativas claras e atrativas, atuando de forma integrada com diferentes times (marketing, design, produto e comercial) para garantir consistência na comunicação em múltiplos canais.
Responsabilidades principais
Definir e implementar a estratégia de conteúdo orgânico para redes sociais, blogs, e-mails e demais canais.
Estruturar calendários editoriais e guiar a produção de conteúdo, garantindo consistência de linguagem e alinhamento estratégico.
Apoiar lançamentos de novos produtos, construindo narrativas de impacto e campanhas de awareness.
Acompanhar métricas de performance e engajamento, propondo otimizações constantes.
Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes multidisciplinares para criar conteúdos integrados e de alta relevância.
Pesquisar tendências de mercado, formatos e plataformas para inovar na comunicação.
Dedicação e formato de trabalho
100% remoto, com horários flexíveis.
Não exigimos dedicação integral (8 h/dia), mas esperamos comprometimento, foco em resultados e autonomia para organizar a rotina.
Requisitos obrigatórios
Estrategista, criativo e antenado em tendências.
Data-driven (gosta de acompanhar e analisar métricas).
Flexível e com mentalidade global (capaz de adaptar ideias para diferentes culturas e mercados).
Experiência comprovada em planejamento e estratégia de conteúdo digital.
Conhecimento profundo em redes sociais (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.), entendendo formatos, algoritmos e melhores práticas de cada plataforma.
Capacidade de estruturar calendários editoriais e organizar fluxos de conteúdo de forma estratégica.
Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal, com domínio da língua portuguesa.
Capacidade analítica para acompanhar métricas de engajamento e performance, propondo otimizações.
Perfil organizado, criativo e proativo, com autonomia para propor soluções.
Equipamento confiável e internet estável.
