About the Role

CriticalRiver’s Salesforce Studio is seeking a Certified Salesforce CPQ Admin/Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ implementation and optimization, alongside deep technical skills across both declarative configuration and programmatic development. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions in a collaborative, Agile environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, approvals, renewals, and amendments.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce platform features such as roles, profiles, page layouts, record types, objects, and validation rules.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both CPQ and core Salesforce functionality.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) to support timely delivery.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and CPQ enhancements to recommend continuous improvements.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience spanning administration and development.
  • Strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Flow.
  • Proven, hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization.
  • Solid background in Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, etc.).
  • Track record of success delivering in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work across distributed teams.
  • Nearshore availability (LATAM strongly preferred).
  • Salesforce Certifications – required:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • Highly preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
