We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Business Consultant to lead and support digital commerce transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of SFCC B2C, strong business insight, and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer-centric commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C), advising on platform capabilities and best practices
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, map customer journeys, and define e-commerce requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories for technical teams
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define solution architecture and integration approaches
  • Provide strategic input on key SFCC features, including catalog management, personalization, promotions, and checkout optimization
  • Support implementation teams across configuration, testing, and deployment stages
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to boost performance and user experience
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to provide actionable insights and optimize conversion rates and e-commerce performance
  • Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously drive innovation
Qualifications / must be clearly listed on your CV
  • Proven experience as a Business Consultant or Business Analyst in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) projects
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce processes, digital retail, and customer-centric strategies
  • Hands-on familiarity with SFCC Business Manager, Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), and platform architecture
  • Experience in systems integration (ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and managing multiple priorities across teams
Preferred Skills
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., B2C Commerce Developer, B2C Solution Architect)
  • Experience with multi-site, multi-language, and multi-currency setups
  • Understanding of UX/UI best practices and conversion optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, and personalization platforms
