Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable software solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on both server-side and client-side components.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality software development.
- Mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or higher is a plus.
- Intermediate (2-3 years) to Senior (5+ years) level experience in software development.
- Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of server-side components vs. client-side components.
- Intermediate to Fluent English proficiency, with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Svelte or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools.
- Experience in mentoring or training junior team members.
