Senior Developers are the technologists who cultivate this environment while driving teams toward delivering on an aspirational tech vision and acting as mentors for more junior-level developers. You will leverage deep technical knowledge to solve complex business problems and proactively assess your teams health, code quality and nonfunctional requirements.Job responsibilities You will be responsible for applying best practices like writing clean and reusable code, pair programming and design patterns You will use and advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software as well as value to end customers as early as possible You will create large-scale distributed systems out of microservices You will oversee or take part in the entire cycle of software and delivery from ideation to deployment and everything in between You will act as a mentor for less-experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills Job QualificationsTechnical Skills 4+ years of non-internship professional software development experience. 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience You have strong programming skills in C#, with a focus on building reliable and maintainable services. You have experience designing systems for scalability, including resource utilization, load balancing, sharding, and partitioning. You have hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, using message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, AMPQ or similar technologies. You have solid knowledge of observability practices, including defining SLIs, SLOs, and setting up alerting, metrics, and logging. You have experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Postgres, MSSql, or Cassandra. You have practical experience implementing caching solutions, using tools like Redis to improve performance. You are proficient in English at an advanced level, both written and spoken Professional Skills You enjoy influencing others and always advocate for technical excellence while being open to change when needed Youre resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives
