We aim to expand our operations to cities across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. About the Role We are hiring a strategic leader to join our Special Projects & Strategy team. You will drive cross-functional initiatives that shape our growth trajectory - from fleet optimization to financial modeling, new business models, partnerships, and operational scaling. This role requires someone who thrives on ambiguity, loves tackling hard problems, and moves seamlessly between data, strategy, and execution. You will be deeply embedded across teams, working hand-in-hand with Fleet, Charging, Maintenance, Sales, Software, and Hardware. You will be based in São Paulo and report directly to our leadership team. Key Responsibilities Lead high-impact strategic projects that influence our operational and financial performance. Partner with functional leaders to identify bottlenecks, design solutions, and drive implementation. Build analytical frameworks and dashboards to inform decision-making. Develop business cases, models, and strategic plans for new initiatives. Own key cross-functional workstreams (e.g., pricing, network expansion, strategic partnerships). Translate insights into clear recommendations and operational action. Requirements 4-6 years of experience, ideally including: 2–4 years at a top-tier management consulting firm or a high-growth startup. Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and move fast. Strong business judgment and curiosity about hardware, logistics, and software. Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish or Chinese a plus. Based in São Paulo, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Strong alignment with our mission and values.
