Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and highly skilled Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. This role demands exceptional analytical skills a solid foundation in financial modeling and valuation and a willingness to work in a highpressure environment typical of investment banking and private equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive 3statement financial models with a focus on historical analysis and future projections.
  • Perform valuation analyses including DCF models precedent transactions and comparable company analyses.
  • Create clientfacing PowerPoint presentations to present insights from valuation analyses.
  • Conduct industry and market research to enhance proprietary frameworks and benchmarks.
  • Support transaction processes including due diligence valuations and preparing pitch materials for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies sale preparations and optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain exceptional communication and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting.
  • Expertise in financial modeling valuation methods and using Excel at an advanced level.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with financial databases.
  • A selfstarter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Passion for transitioning from investment banking or consulting to private equity roles.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or physician practice valuations.
