Vendedor - business development representative (bdr) - senior

  • Habilidades excepcionais de comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Perfil comunicativo, esclarecedor e capaz de criar um excelente relacionamento com os clientes;
  • Coachability para aprender com os feedbacks, eles são necessários para o seu crescimento;


Desejável mas não eliminatório:


  • Experiência com pré-vendas;
  • Conhecimento em utilização de planilhas (Excel, Google Sheets);
  • Confortável em softwares de Gestão de Leads e Clientes (CRM);
  • Conhecimentos em Inside Sales;
  • Vendas B2B;
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas como SPIN Selling e BANT.
  • Fazer lista de prospecção;
  • Prospectar ativamente novos clientes;
  • Executar sequências de contato;
  • Qualificar leads;
  • Realizar follow up com os leads;
  • Gestão de CRM;
  • Foco em reuniões acontecidas e número de vendas realizado;
  • Agendamento de reuniões para os Executivos de Vendas (Closer);
  • Acompanhamento de métricas e dados a fim de obter melhorias no processo.
