Job Title: Business System Analyst We are looking for a talented Business System Analyst to join our Technology department in a financial institution. This professional will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, supporting the implementation of technological solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. The Business System Analyst will work on large-scale projects, focusing on financial system integrations and process improvements, ensuring that solutions meet both internal and external client expectations. We partner with organizations to help them become digital leaders in their industries, accelerating the results of digital transformations through an open, collaborative approach combined with deep experience across industries, business processes, and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document functional and technical requirements from technology, business, and customer areas, identifying specific needs related to APIs. Develop and detail documentation of requirements, integrations, and operational flows. Collaborate with technical teams during system development to clarify questions and adjust specifications. Build test scripts and evidence, focusing on functional, technical, volumetric, and performance testing to ensure delivery quality. Ensure interoperability with trading, back office, and regulatory compliance platforms. Control the project and incident backlog. Requirements: Experience in the financial sector in custody, funds, assets, and liabilities. Experience with systems development, especially in APIs. Ability to query Oracle and SQL Server. Degree in Information Technology or Economics/Financial Markets. Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking). Benefits: Dynamic environment with multiple demands.
