Overview of the Role

The Agile Scrum Master will be instrumental in driving team performance and organizational agility by facilitating Scrum methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires strategic facilitation of development processes to ensure efficient, high-quality software delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
-Coaching team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance team performance.
-Identifying and removing impediments that affect team productivity and sprint goals.
-Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization.
-Tracking and communicating team progress, metrics, and potential risks to stakeholders.
-Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and self-organization.

Requirements:

-Experience: 3+ years as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles
-Tools: Experience with Agile project management tools
-Leadership Skills: Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution capabilities
-Influence: Ability to guide teams without direct authority
-Technical Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of software development processes and lifecycles
-Language: Advanced level of English
