Vaga: QA LeadSobre o Projeto:O(a) profissional fará parte de um projeto estratégico de modernização de sistemas legados, com o objetivo de estruturar e garantir a qualidade contínua das entregas através de testes automatizados, de performance e segurança.O desafio envolve atuar de forma colaborativa com equipes multidisciplinares, definindo padrões e estratégias de automação alinhadas às práticas modernas de desenvolvimento.Responsabilidades:Definir a estratégia de testes automatizados, incluindo testes de regressão, performance e segurança.Implementar e manter pipelines de testes contínuos (CI/CD), integrando-os ao ciclo de desenvolvimento.Garantir a qualidade contínua das entregas dos squads, monitorando métricas e propondo melhorias.Desenvolver e executar testes automatizados utilizando ferramentas como Selenium, Cypress ou similares.Colaborar com desenvolvedores e arquitetos para assegurar cobertura adequada e padronização de testes.Atuar em conjunto com times de DevOps para otimizar fluxos de integração e entrega contínua.Requisitos Técnicos:Experiência sólida com testes automatizados (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright ou equivalentes).Conhecimento em testes de performance, carga e segurança.Vivência com pipelines CI/CD e integração com ferramentas como Jenkins, GitLab CI, ou GitHub Actions.Experiência em ambientes GCP (Google Cloud Platform).Noções de estratégias de versionamento e gestão de qualidade em projetos ágeis.Desejável:Experiência em projetos de modernização de sistemas legados.Conhecimento em monitoramento de qualidade (SonarQube, Lighthouse, etc.).Familiaridade com containers e orquestração (Docker, Kubernetes).Certificações em QA, Automação de Testes ou DevOps serão diferenciais.Venha se conectar conoscoA Softtek valoriza a diversidade e inclusão em sua força de trabalho.
