We're hiring multiple Application Support Analysts to join our international support team, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise applications built with Java, .Net or Mendix.

Responsibilities

L1 Support

  • Monitor application health and respond to alerts/incidents
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate when necessary
  • Handle user queries and provide resolution within defined SLAs
  • Document issues and solutions in the knowledge base

L2 Support

  • Perform deeper root cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve bugs and incidents
  • Analyze logs, configuration, and infrastructure components
  • Participate in release validation and deployment support

Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience supporting applications in .Net, Java, or Mendix environments;
  • Familiarity with support tools, ticketing systems, and monitoring dashboards;
  • Ability to read and understand application code (for L2 roles);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • English (C1/C2 is mandatory) – written and spoken. Daily communication with global teams and clients.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments;
