Somos uma consultoria portuguesa fundada por brasileiros, com atuação em projetos internacionais e foco em conectar tecnologia e pessoas.Estamos à procura de um(a) Platform Engineer para atuar em projetos de infraestrutura moderna, com foco em automação, observabilidade e resiliência de plataformas cloud. O(a) profissional será responsável por construir soluções escaláveis e auto recuperáveis, contribuindo diretamente para a estabilidade e eficiência dos ambientes produtivos. Responsabilidades:Desenvolver e manter Kubernetes Operators, assegurando o correto deployment, monitoramento e operação em ambiente produtivo.Automatizar todos os aspetos da infraestrutura cloud e resposta a incidentes.Desenvolver playbooks e mecanismos de auto-recuperação (self-healing) para aplicações empresariais.Participar em atividades de incident response, análise de causa raiz e implementação de correções.Criar e manter pipelines de CI/CD, garantindo entregas contínuas e seguras.Manter e evoluir a Infraestrutura como Código (IaC), cobrindo todo o ciclo de vida monitoring, alerting, security, cost optimization, configuration e backup.Colaborar com equipas de engenharia e operações na melhoria contínua da plataforma e automação de processos. Requisitos:Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Sistemas de Informação ou área relacionada, ou experiência equivalente.Mais de 8 anos de experiência profissional em engenharia de plataformas, infraestrutura ou DevOps.Domínio de linguagens como Go e/ou Python.Experiência prática com Kubernetes e tecnologias de containers (certificação CKA ou OpenShift obrigatória).Conhecimento em CI/CD (GitHub Actions ou similar) e ferramentas GitOps como Argo CD.Experiência com Infraestrutura como Código (IaC) utilizando Terraform e/ou Crossplane.Conhecimento de monitoramento e observabilidade (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).Experiência em cloud providers (preferencialmente Azure ou GCP).Bons conhecimentos de Linux.Perfil colaborativo, com fortes competências de comunicação e resolução de problemas.Experiência com ferramentas de IA generativa (GenAI) será valorizada.
