Internal Events Analyst

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and organized Internal Events Analyst to help bring our culture to life through engaging experiences for our employees. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of internal events that build connection, celebrate milestones, and foster a strong sense of belonging in our fast paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate internal events such as team gatherings, company wide celebrations, recognition moments, onboarding activities, seasonal campaigns, and more.
Collaborate with HR, Employee Experience and Internal Communications teams to ensure events align with company values and culture.
Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines os events.
Develop creative concepts and communications to promote events and encourage participation.
Track attendance, gather feedback, and measure event impact to continuously improve future experiences.
Support the creation of an internal events calendar and maintain visibility across the organization.
Help ensure accessibility and inclusivity are embedded in all events.
Act as a culture ambassador, bringing fun, connection, and engagement into employees' day-to-day.
Stay current with trends in employee engagement and workplace experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Event Management, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in event events coordination.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging and inclusive experiences.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable working in fast paced, collaborative environments.
Familiarity with digital tools for virtual events and communications (e.g., Zoom, Canva, Miro, Slack, Notion).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in tech or high-growth environments.
Basic design or video editing skills are a plus.
Passion for people, culture, and employee happiness.
