Conhecimento sobre impactos daReforma Tributáriaserá considerado um diferencial; Capacidade de coordenar uma equipe multidisciplinar (negócios, infraestrutura, tecnologia e equipes funcionais); Familiaridade com a arquitetura, os módulos e os processos de atualização doOracle E-Business Suiteserá considerado um diferencial; Experiência na gestão de projetos de atualização deERP, incluindo testes, customização e integração, será considerado um diferencial; Capacidade de se comunicar de forma eficaz com equipes locais, partes interessadas e fornecedores; Habilidade para engajar e gerenciar diversos stakeholders, incluindo usuários de negócios, equipes de TI, fornecedores externos e órgãos reguladores; Fortes habilidades de comunicação para fornecer atualizações claras, gerenciar expectativas e resolver conflitos; Fortes habilidades analíticas para identificar problemas, avaliar riscos e tomar decisões embasadas.Qualificações Desejadas: • Graduação completa ou superior emGestão de Sistemas de Informação,Ciência da Computaçãoou áreas correlatas; • Mínimo de10 anos de experiência em Gerenciamento de Projetosde TI ou disciplinas relacionadas –Certificação PMP ou PgMPé desejável; • Fortes habilidades analíticas e conceituais; • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita, incluindo redação técnica; • Forte orientação a sistemas e processos; • Deve sentir-se confortável trabalhando remotamente e com pouca interação presencial com colegas e gestores; • Experiência comprovada em entrega bem-sucedida de projetos/programas de TI; • Capacidade de influenciar profissionais de negócios quanto aos motivos para adoção de soluções recomendadas, por meio de conhecimento funcional e visão de negócio; • Capacidade de trabalhar sem supervisão próxima; • Perfil proativo, comprometido com a entrega de trabalhos de alta qualidade em um ambiente dinâmico e acelerado; • Capacidade comprovada de fomentar o desenvolvimento de membros juniores da equipe.
