The ideal candidate combines strong UX execution with structured workflows and a disciplined approach to producing high-quality, on-time results.Our platform offers four key values to users:Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.Awards: Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards.Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies.Spotlight: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as industry leaders.Primary responsibilities will be:Design and improve core DesignRush pages and user flowsOccasionally create landing pages for internal campaignsProduce high-quality visuals for sales and marketing assetsEnsure all designs are on-brand and aligned with product goalsPresent design concepts clearly to internal stakeholdersDesignRush is built upon the principles of self-betterment, excellence, proactivity, and teamwork. DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.Responsibilities:Design websites (primarily) and landing pages (occasionally)Produce high-quality visuals for various digital campaignsCreate on-brand, compelling designs aligned with strategy and messagingPresent creative concepts clearly to internal stakeholdersCollaborate with marketing and research teams to elevate UX/UIHandle multiple tasks with focus, creativity, and consistencyRequirements:8+ years of professional design experienceA diverse portfolio showcasing strong web and marketing design workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaA sharp eye for design, layout, and usability best practicesClear communication skills in EnglishAbility to present ideas effectively to both team members and clientsTeam spirit, organization, and a proactive attitudeRecruitment steps:Apply via Receive a short questionnaireSend back your answers + CV (in English)Quick intro call with our Recruitment teamInterview with our Head of DesignReceive feedbackWe kindly ask that your CV and all correspondence be in English.
