Oversee all operational activities of the team (Queue Manager and Tech levels 1, 2, 3). Ensure the team is compliant to the company (TCS) and client (Citi) policies, standards and code of conduct. Manage the team training and performance. Act as primary point of contact and escalation for the team. Foster a positive work environmentCompetencies:. Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes. Resource planning and allocation. Team leadership, motivation, and development. Conflict resolution and mediation. Performance management and coaching. Intermediate English. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Stakeholder management (internal and external). Negotiation and influencing skills. Accountability and ownership. Adaptability and resilience. Integrity and ethical leadership.
