Job Responsibilities:
1. Human resources work planning for internal organizations in overseas regions;
2. According to business development needs, clarify the organizational structure and staffing levels, and establish a position system;
3. Responsible for the recruitment of key talents and establishing a core team to support business development;
4. Design a competitive salary and benefit system to motivate and retain talents;
5. According to the corporate strategy, build a talent training system, improve employee ability levels, and create a talent echelon;
6. Establish a performance management system to support the achievement of corporate goals;
7. Develop systems, policies and procedures in accordance with headquarters policies and local laws and regulations, and supervise their implementation;
Engineering requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of human resources work experience; English is acceptable working language; candidates with overseas work experience are preferred;
2. Have good understanding and experience in human resource management systems. Familiar with the communications product industry;
3. Be able to accept long-term overseas work, have clear career ideals and goals, and have good organizational coordination and cross-cultural communication skills.
