The Mobileum Global Project Management Team consists of Project Managers who deliver the contracted scope of work to our customers.We are seeking an experiencedSenior Project Managerto lead complex IT projects in the telecommunications sector. This role will manage end-to-end delivery ofrevenue assurance and/or fraud-preventionsoftware solutions for major telecom operators across Brazil and Latin America.Key Responsibilities / Functions Plan, lead, and delivermultiple concurrent projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. Oversee projectfinancial milestones, including billing control, cost management, and revenue recognition. Lead and inspiremulticultural implementation teamsacross different countries and time zones as part of a matrix-based organization. Prepare and deliveroperational and executive status presentationsto stakeholders and customers. Supervise implementation teams, proactively managing risks and issue resolution. Support sales activities byreviewing and validating technical proposals and SOWs, providing effort estimates, and creating deployment schedules. Ensure adherence to recognizedIT project management methodologies and best practices.Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business(major in Computing) or applicable Industry experience Minimum 10 years´ experiencein hands on IT project management, including complex, long-duration projects (10+ people, 1+ year duration). Minimum 5 years’ experience in deliveringTelco-related Enterprise Software solutions, preferably with strong knowledge of BSS/OSS architecture Minimum 5 years’ experience creating and managing project budgets and managing project profitability Minimum 5 years’ experience scoping, forecasting, issue and risk management. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multiple projects with proven experience managing distributed teams inremote, multicultural environments Matrix Organization. Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suiteandproject management toolssuch asMS Project(or similar). PMP certification or at least in-depth knowledge of PMP Methodology is highly desirable.Desired Competencies & Soft Skills Proven experience in working within a 100% Matrix based organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working directly with both business and technical stakeholders Strong interpersonal and leadership Hands on Personality by showing and demonstrating to the team.
