The successful individual will be required to conduct Discovery Gap telesales.Key Outputs:Communication to members telephonically via fax and emailAttending to general administrationAchieve quality targetAdhering to service level agreementsPersonal Attributes and Skills:Goal orientatedSelf-motivatedAbility to perform under pressureAdapt to changePersuasivenessSound time managementAttention to detailAbility to learn quickly and apply knowledgeSpeak fluently (accent neutral) English/AfrikaansQualification & Experience:At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in an outbound telesales environmentMinimum 1 year Life product knowledge; Discovery Life knowledge is an advantagePC literacy, including email, Word, and ExcelTertiary qualification is an advantageNQF5 and RE5 qualificationEmployment Equity:The Company’s approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
