As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:Mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for product & data positions, including Product managers, UX/UI designers, Data Scientists /Machine Learning Engineers and other roles.Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and develop talent pipelines.Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Ensure operational excellence for every step of the recruitment process (e.g. position intake, job descriptions, interview structure & process, interview scorecards, offer communication).Lead recruitment projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and talent acquisition objectives, such as employer branding campaigns and recruitment process improvements.RequirementsBachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting technical and product roles within the technology industry.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.Proficiency in English is essential.Escolaridade mínima: Ensino Superior - Concluído
