Job Description:Lawyer with work experience and knowledge in commercial law, tax law, consumer protection law, and labor law;Manage internal cases and disputes with the external law firms;Support project bidding. Experience to draft, review and negotiate contracts like, sales, services, Outsourcing/Purchase, Memorandum of understanding (MOU), Non-disclosure agreement (NDA), etc.Experience prepare bilingual contracts (Portuguese and English), and some daily process operating like the payment;Provide legal consultation related to customs, tariffs, tax and fiscal matters and any other emergency. provide legal opinions, advises and orientation in the daily work of the company.Qualification:Must be graduated in Law;Experience in the topics descriptions, especially in-house legal experience;Experience in commercial law, tax law, consumer protection law, and labor law;Fluent in English language to communicate and write documents;Responsible and proactive, good communication skills as team player.Others skills, as differential:Knowledge in corporate area;Legal support and orientation to internal departments of the company;Experience working in telecommunication area.
