Summary:
As a Sr. Creative Designer to join our team, you are expected to apply your know-how and expertise to support Latitude.sh in creating, conducting, and evolving its content marketing strategy.

We seek a self-starter and hands-on professional to join our fast-paced and growing team. This on-site position will require attendance at our São Paulo office near the Paraíso and Ana Rosa subway stations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and evolve a creative strategy aligned with Latitude s vision and business goals, including but not limited to graphic design and video editing deliverables.
  • Create visual assets for social media, paid media, web, mobile, email, advertising, print, out-of-home, video, and other media formats;
  • Drive the creative vision, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand across all creative projects.
  • Manage end-to-end design projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Produce creative concepts, presentations, brand identity systems, design solutions, videos, and final art files with minimal supervision;
  • Support the wider work of the Marketing team, including but not limited to producing graphics, editing videos, creating tutorials, and performing content curation when needed;

 

Skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, product design, arts, or a related field is required.
  • At least six years of professional experience with graphic design and video editing, preferably in projects for tech companies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fundamentals of graphic design and video editing, including typography, layout, color, and user-centered design is required. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects in multiple formats.
  • Proven international experience of at least 6 months either in a professional or academic environment is a huge plus.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • Discipline to adapt to changes and openness to continuously learn new subjects are critical.
  • Proficiency in main design tools and Adobe Creative Clouds are desirable;
  • Proficiency with Figma/Figjam is a plus;
  • Excellent written communication skills in English is mandatory and non-negotiable.
