Marketing Assistant We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team in Brazil. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be the key point of contact for the Public Relations agency, ensuring all actions are closely monitored. The selected candidate will represent the Marketing department in all initiatives and events, interacting directly with executives and PR professionals to ensure the success of our campaigns. Support and oversee all activities of the Public Relations agency in Brazil. Represent the Marketing department in actions, events and meetings with executives and PRs. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure message consistency and our brand identity in events. Act as the main point of contact for Public Relations demands, redirecting tasks internally. Ensure smooth communication and alignment of actions between all parties. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience in a marketing or administrative support role is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of social media platforms and email marketing.
