Job Description This role combines accounting expertise with training, customer service and problem-solving in a dynamic environment. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead onboarding sessions for new clients, ensuring accurate accounting system setup. The successful candidate will train clients via Zoom on all accounting functions within the system, including trust accounting. Responsibilities include performing and reviewing accounting tasks such as bank and non-bank account reconciliations, entering transactions and journal entries, preparing Trial Balance and Trust reports, reviewing client entries for errors and developing correction plans. We require a responsive and knowledgeable individual to address client queries and concerns promptly. Strong client relationships will be built through exceptional customer service, clear communication and timely issue resolution. A key aspect of this role is creating and updating knowledge base articles to support client and internal education. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills to lead webinars and group training sessions on accounting best practices. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to create and improve training resources.
