Head of Medicine – Brazil We’re a fast-growing healthtech combining medicine and AI to transform healthcare in Latin America. Our platform helps doctors work smarter, not harder – and now we’re looking for a doctor to build our medical function in Brazil from scratch.This is not a traditional medical role. You’ll be hands-on, moving fast, and working directly with clients. You’ll have the freedom to shape the team, processes, and strategy – while also selling, demoing, and making things happen.What you’ll do Sell and demo our product to clients – because doctors sell best to doctorsWork with AI & LLMs to improve and support medical workflows (medical prompting)Onboard and train doctors when we sign new institutional clientsBuild and grow the Brazilian medical teamRepresent the company in the market, creating strong relationships and partnershipsWhat we’re looking forMedical degree and clinical experience (ER, general practice, etc.)Strong communication skills and ability to inspire trust with clientsA network of physicians in BrazilInterest in technology, AI, and LLMsFounder/owner mindset – you take risks, solve problems, and get things doneFully committed to the role (not planning a medical residency)Nice to have Experience in healthtechs or medical startupsB2B medical sales experienceKnowledge in epidemiology and research (bonus points for publications)Experience in healthcare administration or auditsThis role can be adapted or split depending on your profile – but if you’re a doctor who loves tech, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to shape the future of healthcare, we’d love to hear from you
