DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic leader to drive transportation excellence across our network through data-driven insights, program management, and stakeholder collaboration. This principal-level role will serve as the key strategic advisor for transportation operations, connecting operational performance with business objectives and leading transformational initiatives. The position is critical in providing senior leadership with clear visibility into transportation performance metrics, project progression, and strategic initiatives, enabling informed decision-making at the highest levels. The ideal candidate will combine deep analytical expertise with strong stakeholder management capabilities to influence cross-functional decisions and drive operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
- Serve as the principal advisor for transportation strategy, providing thought leadership and strategic direction to senior management.
- Design and deliver executive-level reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into:
- Critical transportation KPIs and their business impact
- Strategic initiative progress and milestones
- Risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Resource allocation and utilization
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards that effectively communicate complex metrics in an actionable format.
- Lead regular business reviews with senior leadership, presenting insights, recommendations, and progress updates.
- Develop and oversee complex, network-wide performance measurement frameworks that drive operational excellence and cost optimization.
- Lead high-impact, multi-stakeholder programs that transform transportation operations and deliver significant business value.
- Architect and implement advanced analytics solutions to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across the transportation network.
- Partner with senior leadership to integrate transportation strategies into broader operational and business planning.
- Drive strategic decision-making through sophisticated analysis and compelling narrative development.
- Design and implement governance structures for transportation initiatives across multiple business units.
- Lead change management efforts to implement new SOPs and operational improvements.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
- Represent transportation interests in enterprise-level planning sessions and strategic reviews.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English knowledge
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
