RecargaPay is changing the way both banked and unbanked Brazilians make their everyday payments and access their financial services.The expectation of the Sr. Product Analyst is to play a critical role in driving informed decision-making, optimizing loan offerings, and enhancing risk management strategies within the company’s lending portfolio. With the customer in mind as a first priority, the product analyst will dive into the data to increase conversion, retention, optimize user experience while accounting for profitability.Responsibilities: Portfolio Analysis: Analyze the lending portfolio to assess performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement.Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to inform strategies for optimizing loan offerings, pricing, and risk management.Skillful at communication & data presentation: ability to create and deliver impactful presentations that effectively communicate clear results and persuade the audience to embrace proposed strategies.Making things happen: Extensive experience as a product management analyst with a proven track record of implementing clear actions that effectively drive changes in KPIs.Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to help shape our lending strategy and identify new opportunities.Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including credit risk team, marketing, and operations, to implement initiatives that improve the lending portfolio.Loan Product Optimization: Evaluate existing loan products based on performance data and customer feedback.
