Research and mapping of influencers for campaigns.


● Strategic and creative planning of proposals for different segments;

● Contact and negotiation with influencers and agencies;

● Campaign execution, maintaining continuous communication with all


● parties involved (influencers, agencies and clients).

● Influencers/content management,

● Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the campaign, bringing insights

● and learnings for post-sales reporting.

● Negotiating with influencers and agents to acquire the best deals to

● Build and follow up long-term relationships, combining the client,

● Planning coformulation with the brand strategy and commercial team

● Implement and operationalize


Experience and Qualification:


● Minimum of 4 years of relevant hybrid experience of marketing, strategy and

creativity ideally in consumer goods, online marketing, or agency environment

● Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)

● Great organizational and analytical skills

● Pronounced service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills

● High energy and can-do attitude

● Goal-oriented and fast-learning and autonomous worker

● A good network of relationships at top brands and/or agencies

● Experience in Influencer Marketing: scouting, management, negotiation, good

relationship is a plus

● English necessary, Spanish is a plus
