Sobre o Desafio:
Buscamos uma pessoa Designer Conversacional Sênior para liderar o design de jornadas conversacionais automatizadas , com foco em conversão, cadastro, pagamento e engajamento . Essa posição atua de forma estratégica dentro do squad, representando a visão do usuário e trabalhando lado a lado com os times de Produto, Engenharia, Growth, Dados e CX , garantindo experiências conversacionais simples, eficientes e orientadas à performance.
Responsabilidades:
Desenhar e evoluir fluxos conversacionais com foco em usabilidade e conversão
Criar, testar e iterar diálogos automatizados, especialmente em WhatsApp
Atuar de forma integrada com Produto, Engenharia, Growth, Dados e CX
Garantir consistência de linguagem, tom de voz e identidade da marca
Monitorar métricas de engajamento, sucesso das jornadas e satisfação do usuário
Aplicar boas práticas de UX Writing e UX Conversacional
✅ Requisitos
Experiência prática na criação de bots (WhatsApp ou plataformas similares)
Vivência com jornadas conversacionais de cadastro, pagamento e retenção
Excelente capacidade de escrita, síntese e adaptação de linguagem
Familiaridade com plataformas de jornadas conversacionais
Capacidade analítica para otimização de jornadas com base em dados
Curiosidade e interesse por comportamento do usuário em canais de mensagem
