Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Chinese Translator based in São Paulo, SP, will be responsible for translating game content, marketing materials, and other documentation from Chinese to Portuguese and vice versa. Additionally, the role involves ensuring accurate translations, maintaining the original meaning, style, and tone of the content, and collaborating with the development and marketing teams for quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Chinese and Portuguese languages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Experience in translating game content, marketing materials, and technical documents
- Understanding of cultural nuances and contexts in both Chinese and Portuguese
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Familiarity with the gaming industry and related terminologies is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field preferred
