With an industry-leading team of in-house energy experts, we are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canadian Solar Inc. and function as Canadian Solar’s global development and power services business.Position Title: Project Finance and M&A InternDepartment: Project Finance and M&ALocation: São PauloResponsibilitiesManage the necessary procedures/bureaucracies for new issuances (registering, collecting and sending information in Due Diligences, requesting and monitoring registry records, collecting signatures, etc.).Manage the procedures/bureaucracies to carry out the disbursements of contracted financing (compliance with the precedent conditions, sending invoices and payment receipts, etc.) .Update the financial models for internal reporting, ensuring that the Business Plan reflects the actual development of projects.Report internally on the macroeconomic and Brazilian capital market.Financial modeling, running price sensitivities, investment schedule, energy sales assumptions.RequirementsBachelor´s degree in business administration / finance / EngineeringAdvanced MS Office skills (excel, power point, word)English
