You’ll craft elegant, customer-centric experiences and produce compelling corporate and product visuals that reflect Company’s next stage of growth. Working closely with engineers, marketers, clients, and leadership, you’ll shape the overall product experience, evolve a best-in-class design system, and ensure a consistent, refined aesthetic across every digital touch-point.Key Responsibilities●Lead end-to-end product design — from user research and concepting to prototyping, testing, and final UI delivery. ●Design high-fidelity interfaces inFigma , ensuring usability, scalability, and alignment with the Company’s design system. ●Measure, test, and learn from pixel-perfect prototypes. ●Develop visually striking layouts and creative assets inAdobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects). ●Collaborate with engineering to translate design into production-ready components. ●Maintain and evolve the Company design system (colors, typography, components, states). ●Lead creative agency output- be the final point of review for best-in-class design. ●Produce marketing and platform visuals (dashboards, microsites, campaign mockups). ●Conduct user testing and translate insights into iterative design improvements. ●Advocate for user-centric design thinking across the organization.Key Skills & ToolsDesign & Prototyping ●Figma (advanced): Auto-layout, component libraries, interactive prototypes, design systems ●Adobe Creative Suite (advanced): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignUI/UX Expertise ●Data visualization and dashboard interface design ●Responsive web and mobile-first design principles ●Accessibility and usability best practicesBonus Experience ●Experience working in a fast paced and respected creative/ad agency ●Familiarity withTailwind ,Mantine UI , or other React design systems ●Experience withmotion designandmicrointeractions ●Knowledge ofbrand identityandmarketing design workflows ●Understanding ofSaaS ,analytics , ormobility-techproductsWhat We’re Looking For●5+ years of professional design experience (agency or product environment) ●A strong portfolio showcasing digital products, UI systems, and brand design ●A balance of creative flair and data-driven precision ●Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset ●A confident and articulate self-starter that can get to the heart of the problem quickly and provide logical, creative solutions ●Smart ideas, not expensive ones ●Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhy this role?●Competitive compensation and flexible work arrangements ●Impactful work shaping the next generation of mobility marketing tech ●Small, fast-moving team with big industry influence ●Creative freedom backed by real-world data and measurable outcomesReady to dive into a challenging and rewarding role?
