Role: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long term
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM CST
Location: 100% Remote
We're looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to design and implement test automation frameworks for healthcare applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in C#, UI automation (Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress), API testing, and performance testing, leveraging GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot) to accelerate scripting and data generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated UI and API test suites using C#.
Implement and enhance BDD/TDD frameworks (e.g., SpecFlow).
Perform performance and load testing using JMeter, Locust, or k6.
Create and validate test data using SQL and GenAI tools.
Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Apply modern testing principles and best practices across projects.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as an SDET or Automation Engineer.
Strong in C#, UI automation, and API testing (REST/GraphQL).
Proficiency in SQL, BDD/TDD, and test framework design.
Experience with GitHub Copilot or other GenAI tools for automation.
Familiarity with Azure, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, or healthcare systems is a plus.
