Job Description We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for controlling time sheets, managing employee admissions and dismissals, analyzing payroll, processing contract terminations and related charges, overseeing employee benefits, and preparing reports. Main Job Responsibilities: Admission and dismissal of employees. Holiday Control. Control of medical certificates, paid leave. Monitoring of Labor Legislation and Collective Convention. Payroll analysis, charges and contract termination. Employment contract approvals. Control of the employees' time sheet. Elaboration of expense control reports and employee costs. Make Non-Po and PO payments. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of labor legislation, mathematical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. You should also have excellent time management and organizational abilities, as well as strong communication skills. You must have knowledge of labor legislation and be able to calculate payroll, job termination, and charges. You should also have experience with spreadsheets, expense control, and accounting documents. Additionally, you should be familiar with bank relationships and have good mathematical skills.
