Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior E-commerce Manager to lead strategic areas that support and accelerate digital business growth.
This position will have direct responsibility for Business Intelligence, Data Science, Pricing, FP&A, Payments, and Fraud Prevention, ensuring sustainable, scalable, and data-driven operations.
The professional will be key in defining strategies, managing multidisciplinary teams, and making decisions based on quantitative and qualitative analyses, always aligned with the business vision and focused on generating value for customers and shareholders.
Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:
Management of multidisciplinary teams: Lead, inspire, and develop BI, Data Science, Pricing, FP&A, Payments, and Fraud Prevention teams. Strategic decision-making:
Translate data and analytics into clear recommendations to drive revenue, margins, and operational efficiency. Business Intelligence & Data Science:
Ensure the quality, accessibility, and strategic use of data, promoting a data-driven culture and predictive/analytical solutions for e-commerce. Pricing:
Develop dynamic pricing strategies, maximizing competitiveness and profitability. FP&A:
Conduct financial planning and analysis, ensuring assertive forecasts, cost control, and support for executive decision-making.
Payments: Manage payment method performance, striving for efficiency, cost reduction, and increased checkout conversion.
Fraud Prevention: Structure and evolve fraud prevention policies and systems, balancing security and customer experience. Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic interface with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Technology departments. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Identify market trends and implement new solutions that increase e-commerce performance and scalability.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; a postgraduate degree or MBA is desirable. -
Consolidated experience in senior management positions in e-commerce or data/finance/payments areas. -
Strong background in data analysis, corporate finance, pricing, and digital monetization strategies. - In-depth knowledge of online payment operations and fraud risk management. -
Experience leading diverse, high-performance teams. -
Skills in executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Advanced English (fluency preferred).
Specific knowledge / skills
Strategic mindset with a strong analytical bias and results orientation. - Ability to influence and engage multidisciplinary teams.
Hands-on approach, with a long-term vision and impeccable execution. -
