Chief Financial Administrator

**Job Description** A dynamic and experienced accounting professional is required to oversee the administration of a medium-sized company in Campinas, Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of resources, compliance with financial regulations, and the generation of accurate information for decision-making purposes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily management of cash flows and ensure timely payment processing Manage and maintain up-to-date records of customer and supplier master data Review and approve commercial transactions in accordance with established risk policies Monitor and control inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies Maintain accurate fixed asset records and manage lease agreements in line with IFRS 16 Coordinate payroll processing and review sales commission payable Provide general accounting support and validate exchange rate controls on a quarterly basis **Required Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will require: A graduate degree in Accounting (Accounting Sciences) – qualification recognized in Brazil (active CRC) Desirable postgraduate degree in Finance, Taxation, or International Standards (IFRS) Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles (general accounting, taxes, financial reporting), preferably in medium or large companies Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Odoo desirable Solid knowledge of Brazilian tax and accounting legislation **Benefits** We offer: Permanent hiring Monday to Friday working schedule Initial remote work with office work in Campinas, Brazil The opportunity to belong and develop in a dynamic work environment and continuous learning **Others** We are committed to diversity and inclusion.
