We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth in the Brazilian market, focusing on B2B distribution and API-connected travel partners.This is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for expanding our footprint across the Brazil travel trade sector—managing key accounts, developing new partnerships, and driving sustainable sales performance in one of our most dynamic regions.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion – Brazil Drive growth by leveraging existing relationships and acquiring new clients across retail and API-connected travel businesses (agencies, OTAs, tour operators, DMCs).Sales Strategy & Revenue Focus Design and execute targeted commercial strategies aligned with revenue and margin objectives.Account Management Nurture and grow partnerships with a variety of travel trade players, providing value-added solutions and ensuring long-term retention.API Distribution Growth Identify and onboard new API-connected partners, ensuring smooth integration with internal tech teams. Provide commercial—not technical—support throughout the partner lifecycle.Lead Generation & Pipeline Ownership Proactively research and convert leads, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and reporting directly to the Senior Head of Sales.Contract Negotiation Lead commercial negotiations, structuring competitive agreements across both API and retail segments.Market Intelligence Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and partner needs to continuously adjust strategies and identify new business opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Tech, Finance, and Operations to ensure operational excellence and partner satisfaction. RequirementsProven track record in B2B sales within Brazil’s travel trade industry.Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.Strong commercial understanding of API distribution models. No technical implementation skills required.Familiarity with travel technology platforms (e.g., Cangooroo).Experience engaging with travel partners such as Interep, Orinter, or similar.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Results-oriented mindset with strong pipeline management abilities.
