This role blends creativity, strategy, and empathy — guiding clients and teams from concept to delivery.You’ll lead workshops, shape design systems, create prototypes, and ensure that every experience reflects exceptional craftsmanship. You’ll also mentor junior designers, champion design best practices, and foster collaboration across disciplines to ensure we deliver digital products that users love and clients trust.🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design activities including research, ideation, wireframing, visual design, and prototypingUncover user needs through interviews, testing, and synthesis of research insightsDesign and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to align on product visionCreate and communicate compelling design narratives that translate complex ideas into elegant experiencesDeliver high-quality design artifacts — from low-fidelity wireframes to polished, interactive prototypesProvide design direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior team membersCollaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and QA to ensure seamless handoff and implementationContribute to internal design initiatives and knowledge-sharing across the craft community🎯 Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in digital product or UX/UI designExpertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI-enhanced design toolsProven experience with user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototypingSkilled in facilitating workshops and translating business goals into design solutionsStrong storytelling and presentation skills — able to clearly explain design decisionsExperience leading small design teams or projectsBachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)☀️ About UsWe are a software solutions studio dedicated to creative excellence and disciplined execution.
