We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Community Manager to help us cultivate and grow a strong, engaged, and purpose-driven community. You will be the face and heart of our community. Because our audience is global, you must be fully comfortable communicating in English — from writing to speaking to moderating.If you love connecting people, sparking conversations, and building relationships that matter — this role is for you.What You’ll Do:Build and manage our online community across platformsCreate engagement strategies and community initiativesFoster meaningful relationships and ensure a positive experience for membersCollaborate with our marketing team to grow our community presenceRepresent the voice of the community and share insights with the teamEnsure every member interaction reflects our mission and valuesWhat We’re Looking For:Strong leadership mindset — able to take initiative and work independentlyExceptional written and verbal English skills—fluency is required.Creative, strategic, and resourceful thinkerExperience or strong interest in community management, engagement, or brand buildingWho We Are:Acadium is on a mission to accelerate careers and grow businesses through real-world marketing apprenticeships.
