O que é necessário para que seja parte da Topaz? - Formação completa em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas relacionadas - Experiência como HR Business Partner, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia. - Visão estratégica e habilidade para tomada de decisões. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal. - Perfil analítico e orientado a resultados. - Conhecimento abrangente dos diferentes subsistemas de RH. - Idiomas: valorizamos o conhecimento em Espanhol.Seu dia a dia na Topaz: - Envolva-se no processo de integração e acompanhamento dos primeiros meses dos colaboradores, assegurando uma experiência excepcional desde o início.- Conduza o processo de desligamento, garantindo uma saída respeitosa e organizada.- Participe ativamente da gestão do clima organizacional. Promova a participação dos colaboradores nas pesquisas, analise os resultados e desenvolva planos de ação em colaboração com os líderes.- Auxilie na gestão das avaliações de desempenho, realizando capacitações necessárias e monitorando o progresso para atingir os objetivos estabelecidos.- Realize reuniões regulares para avaliar o clima interno e abordar situações que possam melhorar a experiência dos colaboradores.- Encontre-se periodicamente com os líderes para entender as dinâmicas das equipes e as necessidades do negócio, além de oferecer orientações sobre melhores práticas em desenvolvimento e gestão de equipes.- Contribua no design e execução do cronograma de eventos voltados para a gestão de talentos. - Proponha e implemente novos projetos alinhados com a estratégia do negócio, buscando a melhoria contínua das iniciativas de gestão de talentos.
