Please make sure to apply with your personal email address.About the JobWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Flu Business Unit under the VIE program. This role will be pivotal in managing marketing processes, strategizing and executing events, and supporting the approval and adaptation of promotional materials.As Marketing Specialist in our Marketing team, you'll work closely with the Customer Engagement Manager to drive the marketing strategy for our flu vaccine brands in both private and public markets.Main Responsibilities:Process Management:- Oversee and streamline marketing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.Event Strategy and Execution:- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events and activities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and brand objectives.Promotional Material Support:- Assist in the approval and adaptation of promotional materials to meet local regulatory requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and compliance.Collaboration and Coordination:- Work closely with the Customer Engagement Manager and other team members to align marketing efforts.- Coordinate with Brand Team to implement the brand plan activities.About YouExperience:Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Experience in digital marketing and omnichannel strategies is a plus.Soft and Technical Skills:Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
