- Executar projetos e atividades de baixa complexidade na área de Compliance e Risco;
- Prestar assessoria jurídica interna de baixa complexidade em matérias de Regulatório, Compliance e Risco;
- Acompanhar as alterações nos regramentos de bandeiras, adquirentes e do Banco Central e últimos entendimentos jurisprudenciais;
- Elaborar e implantar políticas e treinamentos internos de Compliance sob supervisão da liderança;
- Acompanhar os templates de contrato da PagBrasil em matéria regulatória e de Compliance;
- Analisar documentação enviada pelos clientes para fins de conhecer o cliente e analisar o risco (KYC), empreendendo análise crítica;
- Monitorar clientes existentes para apurar operações de risco, encaminhando casos para deliberação analítica;
- Monitorar as rotinas de verificações de Compliance;
- Analisar riscos de potenciais clientes por meio de documentação enviada, plataformas contratadas e análise crítica;
- Acompanhar e colaborar em reuniões com clientes, fornecedores e parceiros em matéria de Compliance.
