1. O Project Owner é responsável por assegurar a fluidez, qualidade e alinhamento estratégico das entregas dos projetos da agência, atuando como ponto focal entre os clientes e os times internos. Sua função é garantir que as demandas sejam compreendidas, planejadas, executadas e entregues conforme os objetivos contratados, zelando pela experiência do cliente e pela eficiência operacional da agência.
Atribuições e responsabilidades:
1. Relacionamento com o Cliente:
Participar ativamente das reuniões externas com os clientes, assegurando o entendimento claro das demandas, expectativas e feedbacks.
Ser o principal ponto de contato do cliente dentro da agência, conduzindo a comunicação com clareza, empatia e objetividade.
2. Planejamento e Gestão de Demandas:
Atribuir os briefings recebidos aos respectivos responsáveis internos, definindo prazos realistas e alinhados à complexidade das tarefas.
Controlar e monitorar os prazos estabelecidos, garantindo o cumprimento do cronograma previsto.
Revisar materiais e entregas antes do envio ao cliente, assegurando qualidade, coerência e adequação ao briefing.
3. Alinhamento Interno e Condução de Equipe:
Conduzir reuniões internas com os times de criação, mídia, conteúdo e demais envolvidos, garantindo o alinhamento das entregas e prioridades.
Atribuir e acompanhar eventuais refações de materiais, sempre com base em feedbacks técnicos ou do cliente, prezando pela melhoria contínua e cumprimento de prazos.
Manter a equipe informada quanto a atualizações relevantes, mudanças de escopo ou novas solicitações oriundas do cliente.
