JOB SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing and social media efforts. This mid-level role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, data-savvy, and passionate about storytelling through digital content.
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that increase customer engagement, boost brand awareness, and drive conversions across multiple channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Email Marketing
Plan and execute targeted campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and lifecycle flows
Manage segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and performance optimization
Maintain the email marketing calendar in collaboration with content and product teams
Track and analyze metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, list growth) to refine strategies
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms
Grow and engage our community with relevant, timely, and creative content
Partner with the creative team to produce high-quality assets (images, videos, copy)
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community feedback
Track key metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, traffic, conversions)
Analytics & Reporting
Report regularly on campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, and email platform dashboards
Make data-informed recommendations to improve future campaigns
Collaboration & Strategy
Work cross-functionally with design, product, and sales teams
Support integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events
Stay current with platform updates, email regulations, and content trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email and social media
Proven ability to manage end-to-end email campaigns and social content calendars
Excellent copywriting and editing skills
Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot; and social scheduling platforms like Later, Sprout, or Buffer
Strong analytical mindset with a track record of optimizing content for ROI
Excellent English Communication.
Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools.
