We are looking for " Gen AI Engineer" who wants to learn and transform his career This role will focus on developing and implementing generative AI solutions to enhance nuclear operations, safety protocols, maintenance procedures, and operational efficiency. combine expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning with an understanding of nuclear industry requirements to create transformative AI applications that support safe, reliable nuclear power generation. Responsibility : Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions tailored to nuclear operations, including large language models, document generation, and intelligent automation systems Collaborate with nuclear engineers, operations personnel, and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in safety, efficiency, and compliance Build and fine-tune AI models for nuclear-specific applications such as procedure generation, technical documentation analysis, predictive maintenance, and operational decision support Ensure all AI solutions comply with nuclear regulatory requirements (NRC) and industry standards for safety-critical systems Develop prompt engineering strategies and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems for nuclear knowledge management Implement robust testing, validation, and monitoring frameworks for AI models in high-stakes environments Create and maintain documentation for AI models, algorithms, and deployment processes Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to nuclear operations Participate in cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing nuclear systems and workflows. Experience in regulated industries (energy, nuclear, aerospace, or healthcare) Knowledge of nuclear operations, safety protocols, or regulatory environment Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, and semantic search technologies Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices Understanding of cybersecurity principles for AI systems Experience with model fine-tuning, evaluation metrics, and performance optimization Background in human-AI interaction and user-centered AI design Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with focus on generative AI technologies Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Hugging Face, Lang Chain) Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering Understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and foundation models Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for nuclear facility access Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills What can you expect from us? • Professional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests. • Opportunities to work outside Brazil • A collaborative, diverse and innovative environment that encourages teamwork.
