Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP/SD (Sales Distribution) Consultant to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing continuous support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP ABAP/SD solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and map business processes in the Order to Cash area.

  • Configure and customize SAP OTC modules to meet business needs.

  • Provide support and training to end users.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across various SAP modules.

  • Troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvements in OTC processes.

  • Draft technical and functional documentation.

  • Strong skill on ABAP development.

 

Required skills

The ideal candidates should have these characteristics:

  • Deep experience in managing Application Maintenance activities

  • Deep expertise in the Sales Area, with skills in:

    • Sales Order Management: Order creation, pricing, ATP checks, delivery date management.

    • Logistics Execution and Shipping: Shipping planning, transportation management, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation.

    • Billing: Invoice management, accounts receivable integration, credit/debit memo management, payment terms.

    • Returns and Complaints Management: Handling returns, managing complaints, replacement and repair processes.

  • Strong customer requirement gathering skills.

  • Knowledge of S/4HANA.

  • 7-15 years of experience in consultancy or client environments.

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage planned activities with customers, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical colleagues.

  • Adaptability to operate in an international and challenging context.

  • Strong skill on ABAP Development.
