Junior Legal Counsel Job Description
About the RoleWe are working with a leading tech company in LATAM to recruit a Junior Legal Counsel.
This is a full-time role that can be performed remotely, and it comes with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and review various technology-related legal agreements, including intellectual property licenses, SaaS contracts, software supply agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Monitor international regulatory developments, focusing on emerging legal frameworks in Latin America.
- Support regulatory interactions and compliance processes related to the setup and operation of specialized business facilities.
- Contribute to the development of scalable legal infrastructure, including templates, workflows, and operational support for logistics, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date records of internal and external policies, ensuring alignment with global and local standards.
- Proficient in Portuguese and English (C1), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Licensed to practice law in Brazil with a valid professional registration.
- Strong sense of initiative, goal orientation, and commitment to high standards.
