Full-Stack Flutter Developer Remote – Latin America
subQdocs.ai is building the next-generation medical software platform for dermatology practices in the U.S. Our product automates clinical documentation, coding, and workflows — and our Flutter app is at the core of how doctors interact with it.
We’re a small, fast-moving start-up (U.S.-based, well-funded) with a LATAM engineering team , and we’re looking for a Full-Stack Flutter Developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves working with cutting-edge tech.
What You’ll Do Build and maintain our cross-platform Flutter app , with a tablet-first design and a slimmed-down phone experience.
Develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL .
Design and optimize APIs, schemas, and services for scalability and performance.
Work closely with LATAM engineers and collaborate directly with data scientists who are experts in the field .
Use agentic coding tools and modern AI-driven workflows to speed up development and improve quality.
Ship features quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
Contribute to technical discussions around architecture, performance, and scaling.
✅ What We’re Looking For 7+ years of total coding experience, with 2+ years in Flutter/Dart .
Strong Flutter framework knowledge (state management, widgets, performance).
Proficiency with Node.js/TypeScript for back-end development.
Experience with PostgreSQL , including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Git workflows and Agile development.
Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking technical English (at least medium level).
⭐ Nice-to-Haves Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
Knowledge of push notifications or background task handling.
Prior work in healthcare or other regulated industries.
